The aroma of baked apples fills the air as we toast small batches of oats and cinnamon, adding a mix of dried apples, raisins and pure maple syrup for a touch of natural sweetness. Muesli is traditionally raw, but ours is lovingly toasted so you can enjoy it as a hot or cold cereal without soaking, or sprinkle it right onto a salad or parfait.
