Our Freshly Roasted Coffee

Our World famous coffee comes to us from plantations around the Globe. Over many generations, we have established close relationships with growers and brokers, to assure a constant supply of the World’s best green coffee. Our signature roasting process is based on our proprietary algorithm that assures fully developed bean color & flavor.

All of our Decaffeinated coffee is 100% Swiss Water Process®, which is Chemical-Free, and 99.9% Caffeine-Free.

All of our Coffee is packed in our 1 Lb. (454g.) Heat-Sealed Valve Bags.

Many of our coffees are shade grown, and those that are, are noted as such. All of our Coffee is Gluten-Free.

We carefully roast our coffee in small batches, using French made Samiac coffee roasters. Samiac roasters are known in the trade as being the finest coffee roasters that money can buy. We never water quench our coffee after roasting, but prefer to air cool the coffee, which ensures that the peak flavor and subtle notes stay in the beans. Samiac Roasters also have solid roasting drums, unlike most roasters that have perforated roasting drums. Our solid roasting drums prevent "tipping" on the outer edges of the coffee bean. "Tipping" is the burning of the bean's edges, contributing to harsh flavor.
