To Brew: Use fresh water just short of the boil.  Fill Matcha cup with water and discard.  Fill Matcha cup with 8 oz. of hot water after adding 1 teaspoon of Matcha Powder to Cup.  Whisk briskly with a tea whisk for 1 minute, enjoy.
