This incredible coffee from the Malabar region of Southern India offers a brew with a sweetly fermented fruit flavor that has an intriguing citrus undertone. Very low in acidity, the fermented flavor of this coffee is obtained by exposing the beans to the humid monsoon winds for 12 – 16 months prior to export. Full City Roast – Medium to Light Brown.
