A superb and delicate green tea, it is considered one of the most choice in China. It’s name derives from a local well of exceptionally pure water with which the tea was to be brewed. Dragonwell tea is particularly pleasant in the evening and its delicate flavor is best savored when served plain. A hint of lemon might be added, but green teas should not be served with milk.
